You can find your Airvana Level on your home screen, just below your name on the right.
To unlock your level, you’ll first need to complete 7 breath measurements.
Your level is based on your average hypoxia time, that is, how long your blood oxygen (SpO₂) stays below 91%during your sessions. This helps reflect the depth and effectiveness of your breathwork.
Level Breakdown
Beginner: If your average hypoxia time is less than 2 minutes 30 seconds
Intermediate: If your average is between 2:31 and 4:30 minutes
Advanced: If your average is more than 4:31 minutes
Your level is calculated based on the averge hypoxia time of your last 30 days sessions (not all-time history).
If you don’t record any measurements for 30 days, your level will reset to Beginner.
