In the Airvana ecosystem, the Blob is our animated and colour-coded data visualisation element. It's your biometric feedback that changes colour in real-time as your hypoxia level changes. It reflects your SpO₂ levels, as measured by your pulse oximeter.
The Blob can take 7 colours:
Pink (97–100%) – Optimal oxygenation. You're in a calm, well-oxygenated state.
Purple (94–96%) – Slightly reduced oxygen, but still in a safe zone.
Blue (91–93%) – Mild hypoxia. Controlled stress response begins.
Green (70–90%) – Moderate hypoxia. This is where the training effect happens.
Yellow (60–69%) – A deeper challenge. Stay present, listen to your body.
Orange (50–59%) – Strong stimulus. Stay relaxed and return to the breath when needed.
Red (0–49%) – Deep dive. Short exposures are generally safe. Light-headedness may occur, maintain calm and resume normal breathing as needed.
Each colour helps you visualise your current state and grow your awareness of how your body responds to breathwork in real time.
