You can access Airvana through both our mobile app and our web dashboard.
The app is where breathwork sessions take place. You can select your audio tracks, start a session, and the app performs real-time measurements of oxygen saturation (SpO₂), heart rate, and autonomic nervous system activity. After the session, results are displayed visually, and progress is tracked through the Airvana Score.
You also have access to the Airvana web dashboard that provides access to all the same data as the app but offers extended functionality.
Key Features:
Home: Get a quick overview of your practice with metrics like total hypoxia time, average SpO₂, recent breath-hold time, and your Airvana level.
Notes: View personalized guidance, insights, and motivational messages from your coach or system to help fine-tune your breathwork journey.
History: Browse your full session log with detailed data on SpO₂, heart rate, hypoxia intervals, and visual graphs showing progress over time.
Advanced Measurement: Dive into deeper analysis with visualizations of LF/HF ratios, RR intervals, Pnn50 values, Welch diagrams, and autonomic nervous system state color zones.
Profile: Manage your personal and health-related data like name, phone number, weight, and height to support accurate analysis and tailored feedback.
