When you tap the Measures Tab (next to the + sign in the app), you’ll see your Measurement History, a list of all your past sessions, shown in order.
Each session summary includes:
Date and time of the session
Your Airvana Score
Heart rate (BPM)
Average hypoxia level (the average SpO₂ value recorded while you were under 91%)
Time spent in hypoxia (total duration your SpO₂ was under 91%)
Dive into Your Session Data
Tap on any session to open the detailed view, which shows:
Session duration
A graph showing how your SpO₂ and autonomic nervous system activity (LF/HF ratio) changed during the session
Your hypoxia zones (color-coded by depth)
The audio track used in the session
Share Your Progress
Below each session, you’ll find the option to share your results on social media. You can choose to share either:
Just your hypoxia curve, or
Both your hypoxia and nervous system response
