Airvana Score

Created by ABC FZCO, Modified on Wed, 8 Oct at 3:14 PM by ABC FZCO

The Airvana Score is a quality marker of your breathwork session. It’s more than just a number. It’s meaningful feedback on how your body and nervous system worked together during the session.

The score is based on several key factors:

  • How long you stayed in hypoxia

  • How deep your SpO₂ levels dropped

  • How your autonomic nervous system responded throughout

The more your breath aligns with your body’s natural rhythm, the higher your score becomes.

Why it matters

Watch how your score evolves with each session, it’s one of the clearest signs of your real progress.

You’ll see your Airvana Score:

  • In your Measurement History, listed with each session

  • Immediately after each session ends
